top o' the morning to ya!

Happy St. Patty's to everyone!!! Today i will write in green.. in tribute to Ireland.. obviously.. why else would i write in green?? :) Anyway.. here in LA there isn't much celebration going on.. as far as i can tell at least.. the streets are gloomy and nasty.. and it seems that we're getting rain from today till sunday morning.. honestly.. can you think of a better way to spend a weekend?? Ahhahahahah.. but it's ok.. we're going to be mostly indoors tomorrow at least.. painting and drilling and all that fun stuff.. :)

As for tonight.. the plans include the belly dancing class (that i've missed in the last 2 weeks).. and then we're going out drinking.. it's the least we can do.. i'm actually wearing a green shirt today as well.. you know.. just doing my part :) What else?? Hmm.. oh.. so that date that i went on wednesday night.. as i already said.. it was fun.. but i am also the kind of girl that tests people.. not just guys.. i test everyone.. ALL the time.. i try not to do it.. but it's like i'm kind of looking for excuses to be all.. "well.. i told you he wasn't worth it.. ".. anyway.. so with this guy.. he left for Vegas yesterday.. and we normally write each other e-mails.. every day.. nothing significant.. just the regular stupidities.. so yesterday.. i knew that i wouldn't be getting anything from him because of the fact that his job is insane.. and it was his last day of the week.. and that was fine.. so the test i made up for him is if he makes any contact before going to Vegas it would be great.. and people.. get this. he called from the airport.. ok.. you might not think that means anything.. but he passed my test (and "d" knows that most people don't)!! And now, of course.. i have another one.. oh well :) I can't tell you about it here.. just in case he reads this.. something tells me he doesn't though.. :P

So it's all good with him.. i'm guessing we'll have that third date next week at some point.. we'll see if and when that happens.. and until then.. it's still fun to go out and meet people.. or to keep in contact with all the old people.. yesterday for instance.. it was like a san diego flashback (that's where i lived last year).. i spoke with two of the guys i met down there.. after not speaking with them for months!!

Ok.. anyway.. let me end this since, once again.. i haven't said anything of relevance.. oh well :P Have a great weekend everyone.. enjoy tonight.. wear some green.. and be goooooood.. or enjoy being bad :)

(in case you were wondering, i'm not irish.. AT all.. but i like the idea i have of ireland in my head.. i haven't been there yet.. but i will go.. soon!)
